    • Important context such as an approaching transaction, a post-investment growth opportunity, or time-sensitive delivery needs

  • After Discovery, we’ll typically agree one of the following:

    Option A: 2-hour leadership workshop 

    A focused session with your senior leadership team to create shared understanding, alignment (and non-alignment), and high-level buy-in. 

    What you’ll leave with:

    1. Agreed outcomes and decision criteria

    2. A prioritised shortlist of opportunities (and what not to do yet)

    3. A recommended first phase of work, including the quickest route to proof-of-value

    Best for: leadership teams who need alignment, a clear starting point, and pace.

    Option B: Formal proposal

    Where the scope is already clear, we’ll move straight to a formal proposal with a phased approach and commercials.

    What you’ll receive:

    • A clear scope and phased activity plan

    • Timeline, roles, and delivery cadence

    • Commercials and assumptions

    Best for: teams who already know the direction and want to move quickly into delivery.

  • We’ll typically complete the following:

    • NDA

    • Terms of business

    • Start date

    What you’ll get: a controlled start built for momentum, without compromising governance.
