We wanted a name that reflected our mission, moving businesses forward with precision and intent. The inspiration came from the toroidal propeller, a cutting-edge design that creates powerful, efficient movement, with minimal resistance and virtually no noise. Its unique, continuous shape - a twisted loop - became our name, and the symbol of how we work; building momentum that lasts, with clarity and care.

    Alice has spent her career working with financial services organisations, from innovative start-ups to large corporations and Big4 consultancy firms. With a strong focus on investment management, she applies business, technology, and data solutions to drive transformation in the industry.

    Alice excels at building relationships with people, regardless of their background, skillset, or approach, fostering collaboration and effective problem-solving. She leads on client delivery, helping businesses of all sizes define and implement their strategies, ensuring they achieve meaningful and lasting impact.

    Jonathan Summers

    Executive Chair

    Jon is a serial entrepreneur with full life-cycle experience, having successfully built, scaled, and exited two data businesses within seven years.

    The combination of large-scale transformation and start-up to scale-up journey has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in building and growing data-driven organisations.

    With over 30 years of expertise in business development and leadership across data technology businesses, Jon has held senior positions at IBM, EY, and Accenture. He brings invaluable insight and strategic guidance on data and AI technologies, helping businesses harness innovation to drive growth and competitive advantage. Today, his focus is firmly on increasing the enterprise value of the organisations he works with – from transformation to transaction.

    Cameron Spiteri

    Director of Solutions

    Cameron has a background​ in Accounting & Finance.​ More recently, he has worked​ with some of the biggest FS organisations and high-growth marketing agencies, changing how they use and value data. ​

    Cam is the Director of Solutions at twisted loop and is experienced in building prototypes and working on making them production ready and scalable.

    Cam has set up a digital challenger bank inside one​ of the world’s largest financial institutions and understands how to work with teams to deliver tough technical transformations.

    With expertise in financial services, data, and behavioural science, she excels at defining and articulating a business’s true purpose.

    She has led the growth of the European Accenture AI, Mudano, and Sharktower brands and most recently driving data strategy adoption at Lloyds Banking Group, strengthening both external reach and internal culture.

    Passionate about helping businesses unlock the full potential of their data, Malcolm takes pride in enabling clients to implement effective strategies that drive meaningful results. He specialises in planning & implementing new data technology, ensuring organisations can navigate the ever-evolving technological landscape with confidence.
