We delivered a half-day AI education session for an ambitious global software company

Our client asked us to deliver AI education to their business. To ensure the session was engaging and informative, we blended practical guidance with a bespoke interactive game, leveraging AI models to build hands-on experience for their workforce.

Challenge

The company had been through an extraordinary growth period but wanted to position itself strongly for further expansion in the future, particularly in new geographies. Their core business is focused on digital audit software – an area that is facing threat from AI automation. They recognised that better use of AI would be critical to their future success and differentiation.

Solution

We built an introduction to Data & AI session to ensure the company was on the same baseline of understanding before splitting them into teams to interact with several different AI models to perform a series of tasks. This was then followed by a “future of AI” keynote to highlight how they can get started.

Session Concepts

An overview of the key concepts, terminology and applications of AI

We delivered a baseline understanding, irrespective of role or experience, of what AI means for today’s business context. This section included elements of team engagement and introduces models that will be used in the practical application.

Application

An interactive activity applying AI technology to a business problem

Learn by doing is an essential part of our process. This section got the client teams using AI technology to solve a business challenge in a competitive game environment. The active participation built skills and confidence at pace.

Keynote

A presentation on the future of AI and how to get started today

We delivered a closing session with two goals. First, bring to life the short-medium term trends across multiple branches of AI, helping the team to see the future potential. Second, provide guidance on how to adopt a Human+ mindset.

Results

  1. An immediate increase in AI literacy across the organisation delivered in a way that was fun and engaging

  2. The session left the client with dozens of use cases to take AI into their business and left the employees feeling less intimidated by AI

  3. The session allowed them to start building a process to incubate AI use cases and deliver them across the organisation
