Challenge
Our client was at a key value inflection point – they had big ambitions when it came to AI as a differentiator for their business but lacked consistent processes and the required skills to execute their goals.
Through workshops, 1-2-1s with leaders and board-level discussions, we knew what our client needed to accomplish the ambitious objectives - a new centralised, branded business function to manage data and AI initiatives at scale.
Solution
Working across our client’s core teams in the UK and Nepal, our team of strategists and builders established a Technology Delivery Centre with robust project management principles, architectural standards, and alignment across all four of their global bases.
The Delivery Centre was comprised of AI and data engineers who reported into the CTO with clear roles and responsibilities. This meant the Delivery Centre could prioritise initiatives briefed by the CTO and have a greater internal presence across the company.
Throughout the creation of the Technology Delivery Centre, we supported our client in delivering a myriad of internal and client-facing AI solutions, hosting team coaching sessions for cultural alignment, and setting up workflows that could naturally scale as they grew.
